QIC Ringwood

Lanec has been engaged by Electrocom Solutions to provide the complete Access Control, CCTV and Intercom system solution to the new QIC Ringwood Office complex.

The project involves the design and construction of the base building security services systems meeting all design specifications.

The project comprises of 60+ access doors, 70+ cameras and 8 x video intercoms all networked back on the building ICN.

The 9-storey development is located on the corner of Ringwood & Bond Street, Ringwood.

The development comprises of the following:

>       Basement B1: BOH storage and plant areas

>       Ground Floor: Foyer, Office space, food and beverage unit, substation and hydraulic plant.

>       Level 1 – Level 4: Carpark

>       Level 5 – Level 9: Office Space

The project is expected to run for about 18mths with a completion date of April 2024.
